NC <br /> DOT's response is an attachment to this item. <br /> NEED: The property in question is Located in Cheeks Township off West <br /> Lebanon Road (SR 1306) with one lot fronting on Frazier Road <br /> [SR 13101 . It is known as part of lot 70, Tax Map 12. There <br /> are 4 Lots proposed out of approximately 10.19 acres. The Lot <br /> sizes are 2.35 acres, 3 .22 acres, 1 .95 acres and 2.67 acres . <br /> The property is zoned R-1 and subject to PWII overlay zoning <br /> district standards and is designated Rural—Residential and <br /> Upper Eno Water Supply Watershed in the Land Use Plan . It is <br /> located in the Efland Rural Fire District . <br /> IMPACT: The addition of 4 lots could add approximately 27 trips per day <br /> to the roads in this area . There is no traffic count data <br /> available on Frazier Road. A 1981 traffic count indicates 500 <br /> trips per day on West Lebanon Road . This subdivision would <br /> have minimal impact on the area . <br />
