Final plan approval of the , <br /> eight [81 Lots in Phase I was granted in November 19, <br /> 1984. <br /> , <br /> ., ,. <br /> -- . Little River Township is not zoned, however, the <br /> Subdivision Regulations require a minimum tot size of <br /> 40,000 sq . ft . where the tots are to be served by on— <br /> site sewage disposal and water systems as -is the case <br /> 4.•,: in the development . <br /> •.; <br /> Fork Drive is to be dedicated as a public road. NC DOT is waiting for Phase I <br /> to be replatted with property lines to the edge <br /> of the right—of—way and re—recorded with NC DOT <br /> stamp . <br /> Best inquired the reason for restricted access to <br /> Sweet Drive . • Smith responded that during Phase I <br /> approval it was stated that all lots have access to <br />
