Caltenyn noted that his client <br /> had given him permission to combine Lots if necessary <br /> for this approval . He noted the only problem he had <br /> with dual driveways was that Lending institutions so <br /> often tell applicants they must have their own <br /> driveway. <br /> The answer to this is to widen the driveway to allow <br /> two drives . <br /> NOTION: Walters recommended approval with dual driveways as <br /> recommended by Staff and Health Department approval <br /> on final plat .
