It is known as part of Lot 3, Tax Map 18. There <br /> are 12 Lots proposed out of 12.74 acres. The smallest lot size <br /> is .92 acres while the Largest Lot size is 1 .34 acres . Final <br /> plan approval of the eight (8) lots in Phase I was November 19, <br /> 1984. <br /> Little River Township is not zoned; however, the Subdivision <br /> Regulations require a minimum lot size of 40,000 sq. ft . where <br /> the tots are to be served by on—site sewage disposal and water <br /> systems as is the case in the development . <br /> Fork Drive is to be dedicated as a public road. It is to be <br /> constructed to state standards from the cul—de—sac back out to <br /> N.C. 57. Phase I was approved with the conditions that (1 ) <br /> access to Sweet Drive is prohibited and (2) during Phase II The <br /> entire Length of Fork Drive be upgraded to NC DOT standards. <br /> The property in question is located in the Little River Fire <br /> District which is served by the Caldwell Community Fire <br /> ”'--- <br />
