Enoch <br /> • <br /> NEED: The property in question is located on SR 1310 (Frazier Road) <br /> in Cheeks Township . The property is referenced as part of Lot <br /> 70 of Tax Map 12. It is bordered by residential development . <br /> The tract is designated as Rural Residential and Water Supply <br /> Watershed on the Land Use Plan. It is located within the Upper <br /> Eno Watershed. <br /> There is one Lot proposed out of 16 .97 acres. The lot size is <br /> 1 .3940 acres, excluding the right—of—way . The property is <br /> zoned R-1 (Rural Residential) with an overlay district PW—II <br /> (Protected Watershed II) . <br /> Fire protection for the property in question is provided by the <br /> Efland Rural Fire District. Law enforcement is provided by the <br /> Orange County Sheriff's Department.
