It is known as Lot 8B of Tax Map 115. <br /> There is 1 additional lot proposed out of approximately 5.8 <br /> acres. The property is zoned R-1 And subject to the PWII <br /> overlay zoning district standards and is designated Rural <br /> Buffer and University Lake Water Supply Watershed in the Land <br /> Use Plan.
