-2- <br /> • The ATTORNEYS shall also be compensated for and reimbursed for the <br /> services of clerks and legal assistants hired by them to assist them in the <br /> performance of their duties to the DEPARTMENT, based on an hourly rate of <br /> services. performed of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per hour. The COUNTY shall be <br /> responsible for all costs and expenses incur*ed in the performance of the <br /> services rendered the COUNTY pursuant to this Contract. All costs and <br /> expenses advanced by ATTORNEYS on behalf of COUNTY shall be reimbursed to <br /> ATTORNEYS. • <br /> 3. That ATTORNEYS shall keep an itemized record of work performed ' <br /> for the DEPARTMENT on a case-by-case basis and sball submit its bill <br /> therefor showing a breakdown of those services performed and the cost. <br /> 4.
