134 <br /> -2- <br /> • The ATTORNEYS shall also be compensated for and reimbursed for the <br /> services of clerks and legal assistants hired by them to assist them in the <br /> performance of their duties to the DEPARTMENT, based on an hourly rate of <br /> services performed of Thirty Dollars ($30.00) per hour. The COUNTY shag be <br /> responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in the performance of the <br /> services rendered the COUNTY pursuant to this Contract. All costs and <br /> expenses advanced by ATTORNEYS on bphslf of COUNTY shall be reimbursed to <br /> ATTORNEYS. <br /> • 3. That ATTORNEYS shall keep an itemized record of work performed <br /> for the DEPARTMENT on a case-by-case basis and shall submit its bill <br /> therefor showing a breakdown of those services performed and the coat. <br /> 4.
