Adam and Eve is located on NC 54 in <br /> Bingham Township and is zoned General Commercial-4 (GC-4) . <br /> The property is located within the BH-3 Rural Neighborhood <br /> Activity node. <br /> IMPACT: Approval of the request will provide for an accelerated <br /> schedule for consideration of a rezoning request for purposes <br /> of expansion of the existing facility. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: As the Board decides. <br />
