An issue statement precedes each proposed <br /> amendment and is an attachment to this abstract. <br /> IMPACT: The proposed text amendments, if approved, would improve the <br /> ordinance and provide clearer direction in its administration <br /> and enforcement. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommended approval of the amendments as <br /> presented to public hearing. <br /> The Planning Board recommended approval of the proposed <br /> amendmendments to Articles IV, VIII, and XXII regarding "Non- <br /> Profit Educational Cooperatives". <br /> The Planning Board recommended approval of the proposed <br /> amendment to Article XI regarding non-conforming mobile home <br /> requirement due to concerns with the workding "or dwelling <br /> units." <br /> • . <br />
