An persons attending and wishing to be heard were <br /> recognized by the Chair and were heard. <br /> 4. The Board confirmed the Assessment Roll and directed its <br /> delivery tr) the Orange County Tax Collector. <br /> 5. The assessments confirmed by the Board may be paid without <br /> interest at any time before the expiration of 30 days from the date of the <br /> publication of this Notice.
