She noted that under <br /> the planned development process submittals may be considered <br /> which satisfy the intent of the Ordinance to a comparable <br /> degree with a submittal meeting the letter of the Ordinance. <br /> She noted that staff recently encountered technical <br /> difficulties with the 1/2" infiltration standard and that <br /> the stormwater management plan submitted by the applicant <br /> was a comparable solution and met the intent of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> 0 <br />
