The Board indicated it would be <br /> considered first under the amendments if time permitted. <br /> Agenda Item #7d: WEST TEN MOBILE PARK <br /> Gordon introduced the item. <br /> MOTION: Kramer moved positive findings on 8.6.1-3 <br /> Pilkey seconded the motion. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> • <br /> MOTION: Pearson moved positive findings on all items covered from <br /> page 083-094 of the public hearing agenda from 8.6 a) 4 <br /> through 6.23 d) . Walters seconded the motion. <br /> Kramer inquired why item 20.3.2d) was not marked. Collins <br /> responded the requirement was not applicable to the project <br /> as no zoning change, except to planned development was <br /> requested. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous <br /> Smith addressed items 6.23 e) and f) . She noted that under <br /> the planned development process submittals may be considered <br /> which satisfy the intent of the Ordinance to a comparable <br /> degree with a submittal meeting the letter of the Ordinance. <br /> She noted that staff recently encountered technical <br /> difficulties with the 1/2" infiltration standard and that <br /> the stormwater management plan submitted by the applicant <br /> was a comparable solution and met the intent of the <br /> ordinance. <br /> 0 <br />
