The federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act(47 U.S.C. § 227), Drivers Privacy <br /> Protection Act (18 U.S.C.§ 2721-2725) or Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited <br /> Pornography and Marketing Act (15 U.S.C. § 7701, et seq.); or <br /> B. Any other federal, state, or local statute, regulation or ordinance that imposes liability for <br /> the: <br /> (1) unlawful use of telephone, electronic mail, internet, computer, facsimile machine <br /> or other communication or transmission device; or <br /> (2) unlawful use, collection, dissemination, disclosure or re-disclosure of personal <br /> information in any manner by any insured or on behalf of any insured. <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br />
