05C. <br /> Sec. 3.1. Severability. <br /> If any provision of this ordinance is for any reason held to <br /> be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent <br /> jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed a separate, <br /> independent provision and such holding shall not affect the <br /> validity of any other provision hereof, and to that end, the <br /> provisions of this ordinance are hereby declared to be <br /> severable. <br /> Sec. 4.1. Effective date. <br /> This ordinance shall be effective on <br /> Applicants for license under this ordinance shall have sixty <br /> (60) days from its effective date to apply for a license. <br /> No massage business operator or massagist shall be deemed in <br /> violation of the licensing requirements of this ordinance <br /> during the sixty (60) day period following the effective <br /> date of this ordinance.
