04L-i <br /> (3) The licensee has failed to be examined by a licensed <br /> physician when required pursuant to subsection (G) of this <br /> section, or has failed to file any medical certificate <br /> required by said subsection (G) ; or <br /> (4) The licensee has been convicted of any crime listed in <br /> Section 1-4 (B) (3) of this ordinance. <br /> (I) Any person whose application for a license is denied by the <br /> County Manager pursuant to subsection (E) of this section or <br /> revoked pursuant to subsection (H) of this section may appeal <br /> from such decision to the Board of County Commissioners. An <br /> appeal is taken by filing written notice of such appeal with the <br /> Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners within ten (10) days <br /> following the date of the decision. The Board shall set the <br /> appeal for hearing in the manner provided by Section 1-8 of this <br /> ordinance. The Board of County Commissioners may affirm, modify <br /> or reverse the County Manager's decision. <br /> Sec. 1-6. Employer to use only licensed employees. <br /> No person licensed under Section 1-4 of this ordinance shall <br /> allow or permit any person to massage or treat any person upon <br /> • <br /> 13 <br />
