005 <br /> PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION PINEVIEW ROAD/PINEVIEW DRIVE <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> JUNE 18, 1985 <br /> IMPACT: If the Board finds the Preliminary Assessment Resolution <br /> satisfactory then the,Board can, by subsequent action, adopt <br /> the Final Assessment Resolution for the project. <br /> Upon adoption of the Final Assessment Resolution, the <br /> Preliminary Assessment Roll can be prepared and a public <br /> hearing set to obtain public comment on the Roll. <br /> In addition, the Department of Transportation can be forwarded <br /> the local share of the construction cost of the project with an <br /> anticipated paving date during the fall of 1985. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Adopt the Final Assessment Resolution for Pineview Road/ <br /> Pineview Drive (SR 2042/2043) . <br /> Accept the Certificate of Mailing offered by the Clerk to <br /> the Board and attached to this agenda item. <br /> Schedule the public hearing on the Preliminary Assessment <br /> Roll for July 1, 1985. <br />
