(Form RAW 16.6 Rev. July 1, <br /> 1977). The County's contractor, Sparrow and SOns, Inc., <br /> prepared to install the sewer line in conformance with the terms <br /> of the agreement, DOT's policies and procedures for accommo- <br /> dating utilities and per the attached drawing regarding the <br /> street cut. A required performance and indemnity bond has been <br /> executed together with certification of power of attorney to <br /> execute the bond as surety. <br /> MKPACT: <br /> RBCOMENDATION: <br /> Approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign on <br /> behalf of the County. <br />
