. . <br /> O26 <br /> 153A of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the Board of Commissioners <br /> of Orange County has completed and filed a Preliminary Assessment Roll. <br /> Pursuant thereto: <br /> 1. Orange County shall undertake the financing of the local <br /> share of paving North Carolina State Road #1918, also known as <br /> Clearwater Lake Road, in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North <br /> Carolina. The amount to be financed by Orange County is estimated to be <br /> Nine Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Dollars and 17/100 ($9,520.17) , <br /> including costs and attorneys fees. That portion of the costs of paving <br /> the above roads not financed by Orange County will be borne by the <br /> Department of Transportation or the State of North Carolina. <br /> 2. The assessment roll completed is on file with the Clerk to <br /> the Board of Commissioners of Orange County, and available to the public <br /> for inspection. <br /> 3.
