• 02 <br /> A meeting of the Board of Commissioners for Orange County, <br /> North Carolina, was held at , North Carolina, the regular <br /> place of meeting at o'clock .m., on 1985. <br /> Present: <br /> Absent: <br /> ************************************************************************** <br /> The following resolution was read to the Board: <br /> • FINAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION FOR THE FINANCING BY ORANGE <br /> COUNTY OF THE LOCAL SHARE OF THE COST OF PAVING NORTH <br /> • <br /> CAROLINA STATE ROAD #1918, ALSO KNOWN AS CLEARWATER LAKE <br /> ROAD, LOCATED IN CHAPEL HILL TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTY, <br /> NORTH CAROLINA. <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County <br /> has elected to finance the local share of the cost of paving North <br /> Carolina State Road #1918, also known as Clearwater Lake Road, located <br /> in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, as permitted by North Carolina <br /> General Statute Section 153A-185(4) and as provided for in North Carolina <br /> General Statute Section 153A-205. <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: <br /> • 1. Orange County shall undertake financing of the local share <br /> of paving North Carolina State Road #1932, also known as Clearwater Lake <br /> Road, in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina., <br /> 2. That the basis for assessment for the local share of the <br /> costs of this project shall be an equal amount per tax parcel. <br /> 3. Orange County will assess the total local share according to <br /> -1- <br />
