Such notice shall be in substantially the following <br /> form: <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> ON <br /> PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY <br /> THE ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO <br /> FINANCE THE LOCAL SHARE OF THE CCS'IS OF PAVING <br /> NORTH CAROLINA STATE ROAD #19l8, <br /> ALSO KNOWN AS CLEARWATER LAKE ROAD, IN CHAPEL HILL <br /> TOW/s1SHIP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA. <br /> Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Article 9 of Chapter <br /> ]53A of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the Board of Commissioners <br /> of Orange County has adopted a Preliminary Assessment Resolution as <br /> follows: <br /> L Orange County shall undertake financing of the local share <br /> of paving North Carolina State Road #3918, also known as Clearwater Lake <br /> Road, in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina. <br /> 2. The basis for assessment for the local share of the costs of <br /> this project shall be frontage abutting the road at an equal amount per <br /> tax parceL <br /> 3. Orange County will assess the total local share according to <br /> the basis set out in number 2 above which local share represents <br /> -3- <br />
