However, as discussed, a legitimate effort must be made to <br /> utilize gravity sewer service. <br /> By copy of this letter, I am notifying the planning departments of this <br /> preliminary approval and also requesting that the developer be allowed to <br /> utilize the open spaces to locate sewers with critical grades.
