This roadway is currently <br /> -I strip paved to a width of 20 feet. The road will be improved along the site's <br /> te'o <br /> frontage to one-half of a 41-foot-wide roadway section including curb and <br /> gutter. Such improvements will incorporate a l ft turn lane with tapers as re <br /> ~ <br /> II quired by the N. C. Department of Transportation. An additional 5 feet of right <br /> - <br /> of-way will be dedicated along the site's frontage to accommodate these improve- <br /> ments. This will expend the current 60 foot right-of-way to 65 feet in width. <br /> Town plans ultimately require a 70 foot wide right-of-way. <br /> IThe site also has 211 feet of frontage on Weaver Dairy Road. This roadway is also <br /> strip paved to a width of 20 feet.
