23. That a 10-foot non-access easement be provided along the rear <br /> of the lots adjoining the 60-foot public right-of-way at the <br /> northwest property line. This easement shall be labeled so as <br /> to prohibit driveway or vehicular access onto the 60 foot <br /> right-of-way. <br /> 24. That the final plat show boundaries of the Resource <br /> Conservation District, and that all lots on the final plat <br /> contain (1) a buildable area outside the Resource Conservation <br /> District, and (2) access from the buildable area to a street <br /> without crossing the Resource Conservation District. <br /> 25. That drainage easements be provided through Lots 13, 14, and <br /> 18, as shown on the preliminary plat. <br />
