The program identifies the services to be provided and <br /> activities to be performed during the forthcoming 1985-86 budget <br /> slyear. <br /> The Planning Department is soliciting comments and <br /> recommendations from the Planning. Board regarding elements it <br /> would like to see included in the work program. This matter will <br /> be discussed at the April 15 meeting. Elements which staff has <br /> identified are listed below. They are separated according to <br /> activities which will carry over from the present budget year and <br /> new activities to be initiated in 1985-86. <br /> ELEMENTS TO BE CARRIED OVER FROM 1984-85 <br /> 1. Subdivision Regulations Update <br /> 5. Mobile Home Standards Review/Amendment <br /> 6. Planned Development Standards Review/Amendment <br /> 7. Special Use Standards Review/Amendment <br /> 8. Implementation of Computerized Building Permit System - <br /> 9. Establishment of Stronger Enforcement Procedures <br /> a. Unapproved subdivisions <br /> b. Zoning violations <br /> c.
