He further asked that time estimates <br /> be provided for the completion of each work element. <br /> On the attached pages, I have attempted to do this. Work elements have been <br /> divided into three groups as follows: <br /> I. Activities initiated in the current 1984-85 fiscal year and which would <br /> carry over into the forthcoming 1985-86 year. <br /> 1 <br /> 2. Activities which would be initiated in 1985-86 and which have been <br /> identified as high priority items by either the Planning Board or <br /> Chairman Willhoit in his May 15 memorandum. <br /> 3. All other activities included in my April 12 memorandum. <br /> • • <br /> I have also provided an indication of which division within the Planning <br /> Department would assume responsibility for completion of the work element and an <br /> • estimate of the time required to complete each task.
