(see attached). <br /> The process involves a series of public meetings and work sessions, including joint <br /> Council/Planning Board or Council/Commissioners sessions. The time schedule adopted <br /> sets December 10, 1985 for the Joint Councty/Town Public Hearing to receive <br /> comment on the JPA Land Use Plan. <br /> Staff has been working towards a September 10, 1985 public hearing date. The <br /> schedule as adopted by Chapel Hill would conflict with efforts by Staff to insure <br /> plan compatibility between the two jurisdictions. <br /> At the May 20, 1985 meeting of the Planning Board, a motion to adopt. <br /> December 10, 1985 as the public hearing date for the JPA Land Use Plan was approved. <br /> (see attached draft minutes). A revised time schedule and process has-been-prepared which <br /> reflects this date and which also parallels the Chapel Hill process. A copy is <br /> attached, and it is recommended that this schedule be discussed at the June 11 <br /> work session between the Board of Commissioners and the Chapel Hill Town Council. <br /> It will alsb provide a basis from which to identify the status of the JPA Land Use <br /> Plan project. <br /> Ylk6f4Mitl' U9,001.7 <br /> Marvin E.
