MA/NTENANOR ARD OPC shall be responsible for all routine maintenance and utilities rhsrges after occupation of the facilities by CPC- Routine maintenance, shall include, all custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, and yard maintenance, as well as minor repairs to the facilities not to exceed a cost of $50.00 per repair or a. total cost of $300.00 per year.
