As spokesperson you are responsible for <br /> obtaining signatures on the petition. All property <br /> owners listed for a specific piece of property must <br /> sign the petition. <br /> In order for the project to go forward the following . <br /> criteria must be satisfied: <br /> o 75% of the property owners must sign <br /> - <br /> 17-rnr- o at least 75% of the total project footage <br /> must be accounted for through the signatures <br /> egf% of the property owners. <br /> The next Board of Commissioners meeting at which the completed <br /> petition could be presented for Board acceptance is May 21, 1985. <br /> I would need to have the petition in my office by May 14, 1985 <br /> to process it for this meeting. If we meet this schedule , I <br /> would request that the Board of Commissioners schedule a public <br /> hearing on the Assessment Resolution for the project on June 3, <br /> 1985.
