The recently approved Ordinance <br /> amendments for the watershed districts reference, <br /> minimum lot size requirements by acreage. Staff <br /> feels that the reference should be to square <br /> footage to facilitate lot size calculations and to <br /> provide consistency throughout the ordinance. <br /> Staff also wishes to correct the dimensional <br /> requirements indicated in the Schedules for <br /> Residential and Non-Residential Development. <br /> EXISTING ORDINANCE: <br /> SECTION 6.23.5 <br /> Minimum Lot Size Regulated <br /> The minimum lot size for a commercial use in the <br /> Protected Watershed District shall be two (2) <br /> acres. The minimum lot size for an industrial use <br /> shall be five (5) acres. The minimum residential <br /> lot size shall be determined by the wastewater <br /> treatment system applicable. <br /> SECTION 6.24.1 <br /> Minimum Lot Size Regulated <br /> The minimum residential lot size in Water Quality <br /> Crtical Areas shall be two (2) acres.
