The property <br /> is referenced as part of Lot 16 of Tax Map 38. It is <br /> bordered by agricultural and residential development. <br /> The tract is designated as Agricultural-Residential <br /> on the Land Use Plan. <br /> There are twelve (12) lots proposed out of 20.14 <br /> acres. The lot sizes are 3 @ 1.3 acres, 2.7 acres, 4 <br /> @ 1.6 acres, 2.2 acres, 1.7 acres, 1.5 acres and 1.4 <br /> acres.
