It is known as Lot 14A, Tax Map 118. There l- <br /> one 2.3 acre lot being created from the 7.3 acre tract. Th: <br /> property is zoned R-1 and Protected Watershed-II and i- <br /> designated Rural Buffer and Water Supply Watershed (Universit <br /> Lake) in the Land Use Plan. The lot has state road frontag:. <br /> and is served by the South Orange Fire District. <br /> The property is located in the University Lake Watershed. <br /> maximum impervious surface ratio of 6% applied to each lot i' <br /> shown on the plat. A stormwater management plan is no <br /> required for new subdivisions of three lots or less. <br /> IMPACT: The addition of one 2.3 acre lot will have minimal impact. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Board recommends approval. <br />
