A final boundary survey of the Planned Development and <br /> improvements shall be recorded by the developer. <br /> 21. The final site plan and narrative of the project incorporating <br /> all changes, deletions and additions through the final approv <br /> al of the project are incorporated herein and made a part of <br /> this Planned Development Special Use Permit. A copy of the <br /> final site plan and narrative are on file with the Orange <br /> County Planning Department. Grading and building permits, upon <br /> application, will, be issued after approval and recordation of <br /> the Special Use Permit. <br /> 22. The development shall be built and operated according to the <br /> site plan and written narrative supplied by the developer and <br /> in compliance with the above conditions. <br /> • <br /> • <br />
