Graham and Mr. John Graham, owners of the <br /> "Scotswood" tract of land on US 70 at Saint Mary's Road, we <br /> respectfully request that the Scotswood rezoning request be removed <br /> from the May 28 public hearing agenda. <br /> • The reason for our request is that we have just learned the County <br /> administrative staff has formulated a negative recommendation on <br /> this request, based on the staff's opinion that the letter for <br /> water and sewer service we procured from the Town of Hillsborough <br /> is inadequate. Unfortunately, we learned of the negative recom- <br /> mendation only yesterday, after the project had been advertised <br /> for public hearing. <br /> We desire to have additional time to address the utilities matter <br /> and any other concerns the staff might have.
