It is referenced as tax Map <br /> 45 Lot 32 Hillsborough Township. The tract to be redesignated contains 4.34 <br /> acres. It was merged with the existing Chandler Parcel (1.47 acres) on October <br /> 3, 1984. Total parcel acreage is now 5.81 acres. <br /> ISSUES <br /> This application raises the following land use issues for consideration: <br /> 1. Appropriateness of area for industrial uses and implications of rezoning. <br /> 2. The relationship between the application and the overall Land Use Plan and <br /> policies for the County. <br /> 3.
