C. <br /> Pursuant to the requirements of the General Statutes of North Carolina, <br /> Chapter 153A, Section 323 and Section 343 , Article 20.5 and Article 20.6 of <br /> the Orange County Zoning Ordinance and Section VIII of the Orange County <br /> Subdivision Regulations-, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will <br /> be held in the Superior Courtroom of the Orange County Courthouse, 106 East <br /> Margaret Lane, Hillsborough, North Carolina on Tuesday , May 28, 1985 at 7:30 <br /> p.m. for the purpose of giving all interested citizens an opportunity to <br /> speak for or against the adoption of proposed amendments to the Orange County <br /> Zoning Ordinance, Zoning Atlas and Subdivision Regulations . - <br /> The amendments under consideration are as follows : <br /> PD-3-85 WEST TEN MOBILE PARK <br /> The property in question is located north of N. C. 10 (SR 1144) in <br /> Cheeks Township. It is known as Lot 55 on Orange County Tax Map #28 <br /> for Cheeks Township. It contains 1 ,611 ,720 square feet or 37 acres . <br /> The present zoning of the property is Residential -1 (R-1) . <br /> The applicant is requesting a Class A Special Use Permit for a Planned <br /> Development-Housing (PD-R-1) to allow the construction of a 40 unit <br /> } mobile home park. <br /> All interested citizens are invited to attend this hearing and be heard. <br /> Changes may be made in the advertised proposals which reflect debate, <br /> objections and discussions at the hearing. <br /> Citizens unable to att'gnd the hearing may express their views by writing <br /> to the Orange County Planning Department, 106 East Margaret Lane, Hillsborough . <br /> North Carolina, 27278.. For <br /> your concerns to be fully considered, they must <br /> be received by the Planning Department prior- tothe public hearing. <br /> • <br /> Questions regarding the proposals should be directed to the Orange County <br /> Planning Department .
