FINDINGS OF THE ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br /> PERTAINING TO <br /> APPLICATION PD-3-85 WEST TEN MOBILE PARK <br /> Planned developments must comply with general and specific standards as set forth in Article 8 •for Special Uses a$ well as tho; <br /> set forth in Article 7 for Planned Developments.
