Scholar and <br /> Dr. Weng rezonings heard at public hearing on February 25, 1985 <br /> and March 12, 1985 and continued upon the applicants reque st_ <br /> to the May 28, 1985 public hearing. <br /> NEED: The public hearing- on this item was continued to May 28, 1985 <br /> at the request of the applicants to allow water pressu re <br /> problems to be addressed and resolved with the Town of <br /> Hillsborough. This issue has not yet been resolved and <br /> discussions on the matter are continuing with the applicants, <br /> Town of Hillsborough and their respective engineers. <br /> Both applicants have requested that the public hearing be <br /> continued to August 26, 1985 to allow additional time to <br /> resolve this matter. Scholar's request is attached; Dr. Wen ,s <br /> 9 <br /> request for extension was made orally by his agent Frank <br /> Pearson and Associates. <br /> IMPACT: Continuation of the public hearing will allow time for both <br /> applicants to resolve the water pressure problem with the Town <br /> of Hillsborough. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: Continue the public hearings to August 26, 1985. <br />
