The project is listed as priority #4 on the NC DOT <br /> 1984-85 Secondary Road. Improvements Program. The road is also listed as priority <br /> #2 in the Orange County PPP Program. <br /> 17 of 22 property owners, or 77% of the property owners, owning 23 of 28 lots <br /> have si-gned the petition accounti.rIg for approximately 5,278 feet of frontage <br /> or 82% of the total road frontage The petition meets the criteria for eligibility <br /> to participate in the program. <br /> IMACT: Upon approval of the petition the assessment resolution and assessment roll can <br /> be- prepared and public hearings on both items scheduled. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : Approval of the petition. <br /> Adopt the Preliminary Assessment Resolution. <br /> Schedule a public hearing on the Preliminary Assessment Resolution <br /> for June 3, 1985. <br />
