This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance until June 30.* 1987, shall void Permit No. 7586 dated August 25, 1982, and Permit No- 7586 Amendment No. I dated March 21, 1983, and Amendment No. 2 dated May 16, 1984, and 'shall be subject to the following limitations- and conditions: I- This Permit shall become voidable unless the land application facilities are used in accordance with the approved documents.sludge disposal 2. This permit is effective only with respect to the nature and volume of wastes described in the application and other supporting data. .3.
