Everett Billingsley, Executive Director <br /> Orange Water and Sewer Authority <br /> Post Office Box 366 <br /> Carrboro, North Carolina- 27510 <br /> SUBJECT: Permit No. 7586E <br /> Orange Water and Sewer Authority <br /> Land Application of Sludge on <br /> Multiple Sites - Mason Farm Wastewater <br /> Plant and Jones Perry Road Water Plant <br /> Digested Sludge•and Alum and Sediment <br /> Sludges <br /> Orange and Chatham, C6unties <br /> Dear Mr. Billingsley: <br /> In accordance with your letter of request received April 12, 1984, we are <br /> forwarding herewith Permit No. 7586R, dated June 7, 1984, to the orange Water <br /> and Sewer Authority for the continued operation of the subject land application <br /> program with the change of the addition point of the alum and sediment from <br /> the water filter plant to the digested sewage plant sludge. <br /> This permit shall be effective from the date of issuance until June 30, <br /> 1987, shall void Permit No. 7586 dated August 25, 1982, and Permit No. 7586 <br /> Amendment No. 1. dated March 21, 1983, and Amendment No. 2 dated May 16, 198t,,, <br /> and shall be subject to the conditions and limitations as specified therein. <br /> If any parts, requirements, or limitations contained in this permit are <br /> unacceptable to you, you have the right to an ad.udicatory hearing before a <br /> Q <br /> hearing officer upon written demand to the Directot within thirty (30) days <br /> following receipt of this permit, identifying the specific issues to be' con- <br /> tended. Unless such demand is made, this permit shall be final and binding. <br /> One (1) set of approved plans and specifications is being forwarded to <br /> you.
