The items are as follows: 1. Preliminary Engineering Report for Cheeks Township Sewer Improvements Phase I by Hazen and Sawyer dated May 3, 1985. 2. The Wastewater Collection and Purchase Contract agreement. Approved by the Town on February 18, 1985 and by the County on February 19, 1985. 3. A letter by Hazen and Sawyer stating estimated cost of • interconnecting the County's line with the Town Wastewater System at • two different points (one at the east side of the Eno River and the other at the intersection of Highway 70 and West Hill Avenue). Also enclosed is correspondence dated April 24, 1985 to Don Willhoit from Mayor Sheffield indicating modifications requested to the Wastewater Collection and Purchase Contract. • I will meet with you Thursday evening, May 16, 1985 at 6:00 p.m. together with Miters of the Board of Commissioners and Don Cordele of Hazen and Sawyer to discuss the material. In particular we need to discuss Paragraph 6'of the Wastewater Collection and Purchase Contract. It was agreed that the location of the meter, alluded to in Paragraph 6 would be decided once the Revised Preliminary Report was completed.
