This provision had been <br /> agreed to by both parties at earlier meetings. <br /> (2) The Town has discussed the issue of ownership of the line and <br /> has agreed to forego any requirement that ownership of the line <br /> be transferred to the Town. <br /> (3) The Town request that a provision be included which would pro- <br /> vide that the County's tap fee would not be charged to users <br /> in the Town's extraterritorial jurisdiction if and when such <br /> areas are annexed. Prior to any such annexation, the County's <br /> tap fee could be charged to users connecting to the County, <br /> • , owned system. <br /> In conclusion, the only outstanding matter yet to be resolved is the <br /> third item listed above.
