Approval shall be predicated on (1) <br /> the quality of the effluent of the potential user being compatible with the <br /> 1 Town's NPDiS discharge permit, (2) compliance with the Town's ordinance, rules, <br /> and regulations concerning pretreatment of industrial wastewater, and (3) all <br /> County (subdivision, zoning, erosion, building, etc.) and State (DCT, etc.) • <br /> permits having been properly granted.
