Smith - Final <br /> • Presentation by Kirk. <br /> The purpose- of this agenda item is to consider <br /> • approval of the Final Plat for Loretta R. Smith <br /> subdivision. The Planning Board recommended <br /> approval of the plan on 3-18-85. The County <br /> Commissioners approved the preliminaryplan <br /> 4-1-85. <br /> The property in question is located in Cheeks <br /> • Township on East Lebanon Road (SR 1306) . It is <br /> known as part of Lot 7, Tax map 14. There is <br /> one 7 acre lot proposed. The property is zoned <br /> A-R and is designated Agricultural-Residential <br /> and Water Supply Watershed in the Land Use <br /> Plan. The lot has state road frontage and is <br /> located in the Efland Rural Fire District. <br /> The addition of one 7 acre lot will have <br /> minimal impact. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval. <br /> This subidvision was originally five (5) acres <br /> but was increased to seven (7) acres to enable <br /> placement of a septic tank. <br /> Motion: Shanklin moved approval.
