o -E <br /> A meeting of the Board of Commissioners for Orange County, <br /> North Carolina, was held at Hillsborough, North Carolina, the regular <br /> place of meeting at 7;30 o'clock p.m., on May 6, 1985. <br /> Present: <br /> Absen t: <br /> *******************s*s**************************************************** <br /> The following resolution was read to the Board: <br /> FINAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION FOR THE FINANCING BY ORANGE <br /> COUNTY OF THE LOCAL SHARE OF THE COST OF PAVING NORTH <br /> CAROLINA STATE ROAD # 1803, ALSO KNOWN AS WILKINS DRIVE, <br /> LOCATED IN CHAPEL HI LL TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH <br /> CAROLINA. <br /> WHEREAS the Board of County Canmissioners of Orange County <br /> has elected to finance the local share of the cost of paving North <br /> Carolina State Road #1803, also known as Wilkins Drive, located in Chapel <br /> Hill Township, Orange County, as permitted by North Carolina General <br /> Statute Section 153A-185(4) and as provided for in North Carolina General <br /> • Statute Section 153A-205. <br /> IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. Orange County shall undertake financing of the local share <br /> of paving North Carolina State Road #1803, also known as Wilkins Drive, <br /> in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina. <br /> • 2. That the basis for assessment for the local share of the <br /> costs of this project shall be frontage abutting the road at an equal rate <br /> per foot of frontage. <br /> 3.
