This report is transmitted to the Farmers Home <br /> Administration for comments and acceptance of the revised project <br /> scope. <br /> The report prepared by Hazen and Sawyer, P.C. concluded that <br /> the cost to construct all of the facilities originally included <br /> in Phase 1 of the sewer improvements would be significantly <br /> greater than the currently available funding. Based on this <br /> determination, the Orange County Board of Commissioners has <br /> agreed to a reduced scope of construction which will maintain <br /> most of the project objectives and can be constructed without <br /> exceeding the currently available funding or placing an undue <br /> burden on the end users of the system. <br /> The County is most anxious to proceed with the revised <br /> project. We would appreciate your earliest attention to the <br /> enclosed information.
