Blythe, Financial Analyst Donna Clayton, Planner Susan <br /> Smith, and Director of Community Development Wilbert McAdoo: <br /> Chair Willhoit announced receipt of a letter in response to a request the <br /> County made to the Department of Transportation allowing Orange County to issue <br /> permits for the erection and maintenance of outdoor advertis <br /> to the Interstate Highway.- The � signs adjacent <br /> permits will be issued in accordance with the <br /> } County's Zoning Ordinance.' Acquisition - $ 98,100: <br /> 2; water and Sewer Improvements - $264,900: <br /> 3: Rehabilitation of Private-owned Dwellings - $349,230: <br /> 4. Street Improvements - $98,200.- <br /> 5: Clearance Activities - $35,000, and <br /> 6. Relocation Assistance - $31,000 <br /> Ibe project, including administration costs, will total $1,171,716.'00 and take <br /> approximately two (2) years to complete; <br /> Miss Holman spoke in support of the project noting that there are <br /> great needs in the Rencher Street area and encouraged acceptance of the appli- <br /> cation as presented by the Community Development staff; <br /> 4. <br />
