Included in this <br /> fee will be our reimbursable costs such as travel , long dis- <br /> tance telephone calls, reproduction costs and postage and <br /> handling costs. These reimbursable casts will be billed on <br /> our regular 4-week billing cycle along with the progress <br /> billing for work completed. <br /> • <br /> Dick, the above construction budget and fee was based on the <br /> selection of a fan coil. cooliag system and its related in- <br /> stallation cost as presented in our preliminary report to <br /> you. It is also based on the cost of adding insulation and <br /> re-glazing at both projects.
