Please keep several things in mind. <br /> 1. These proposals have been developed an short notice with only mininim <br /> discussion between us and Ferebee Walters and Associates. Therefore the scope <br /> of the projects reflected in the proposal may not be accurate. In most cases <br /> I would expect that the scope may be broader than is necessary, therefore, the <br /> costs are probably at littlXit/L1M levels. <br /> 2. The totals are based on full architectural services to complete a <br /> project from schematics through construction aOministration. <br /> 3. For planning purposes the first two steps, schematic design and design <br /> development, is probably all that would be necessary. <br /> 4.
