These have been submitted to the <br /> county commissioners for their consideration. Because these projects are so <br /> urgently needed we should begin developing the design for our highest priority <br /> needs; multipurpose buildings at Estes Hills and Glenwood schools, aircondition- <br /> ing of Phillips and Frank Porter Graham primary building and the renovation <br /> of the media center and cafeteria at Chapel Hill High School.
